About the role
In this role, you will be responsible to create reservations, quote fares and issue tickets as part of passenger handling at front office. Additionally, you will serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generates revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
· Creating reservations for passengers. Handle customer requirement/request professionally ensuring minimum complaints
· Arranging reservations and rerouting for using timetables, airline manuals, reference guides and tariff book. Also, Issue tickets and EMDs quoting correct fare, to reduce passenger complaints and debit notes.
· Calculate and process ticket refunds through system in line with station Finance Department procedures.
· Issuance of Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) and ensure queues, visa updates, medical transaction and tariff inquiries.
· Handle processing of all kinds of rebates/discounted tickets and follow up / own offices sales report at the end of every shift.

Qualifications
About you
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience.
· Excellent command of English language and influencing capabilities.
· Knowledge of computer applications under MS office
· Strong influencing, negotiating and excellent relationship building skills.
· Preferably good command on Arabic language.
