Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
- Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain.
- Should be aware of all existing and upcoming properties status, facilities, amenities, locations, prices, etc.
- Provide reports to company management on leads, ongoing inquiries, closed deals.
- Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing offers set by company.
- Manage through the leasing process: communication with client, viewing, negotiation process, explain rent terms and payments, security deposit and other applicable fees to the client
- Always maintain company’s customer service and sales standards.
Skills
Owning a car is a must.
Fluent in English (Required) / Arabic (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience in the Real Estate brokerage industry of at least 1 year.
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Excellent awareness of the Market.
Presentable with very good communication skills.
