In this role, you will be required to:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across business segments and lead the implementation of campaign & project management software.
- Support Global Commercial Marketing projects and regional plans to meet Qatar Airways' commercial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Head Office Commercial Marketing processes, working closely with regional teams and departments like Procurement, Contracts, and Finance.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop integrated marketing communication plans for key commercial activities.
- Independently coordinate and execute campaigns, briefing required stakeholders, developing marketing collaterals, and orchestrating communications rollout.
- Follow an implementation plan for the setup and rollout of a global marketing campaign & project management software.
- Map processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Sponsorships, Digital Marketing, Global Sales) to grow existing business segments.
- Collaborate with sponsorship partners to create and execute campaigns, enhancing collaboration and promoting new initiatives.
- Analyze commercial data to develop marketing strategies for leisure and business travel segments.
- Conduct commercial analysis of revenue opportunities and traffic flows with sales and revenue management.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of job-related experience.
- Passion for aviation and travel, airline experience will be considered as a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience and proficiency with data analytics, in particular with Tableau, Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
- Analytical in summarizing marketing and revenue trends and forecasts.
- Experienced in customizing out-of-the-box collaborative work management tools and automating workflows.
- SAAS related experience will be considered as a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform effectively well under pressure within the environment of time constraints, change in priorities to resolve issues with a high level of competence and professionalism.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English with excellent influencing capabilities. Knowledge of a second language as Spanish will be a plus.
