THE Production TEAM are recruiting a team of outgoing, well presented Event Staff to join our team!
As a vital part of our event crew, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service and support during events ranging from corporate gatherings to large festivals.
Your role will include various tasks such as setting up event spaces, assisting attendees, ensuring smooth event flow, and packing down after the event concludes. Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude will be key to your success in this dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event staffing or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Greeting and directing guests to appropriate areas, answering questions, and providing event information
- Handling any guest-related concerns or issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to guest service
- Availability to commit to scheduled events with reliability
- Supporting vendors, performers, or speakers with their needs
- Assisting with registration, ticketing, and seating arrangements
