Business Development Manager (Female)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and areas for business expansion.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing profitable business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to identify business challenges and opportunities.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
  • Provide leadership and support to achieve collective goals.
  • Networking:
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
