Social Media Specialist

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social mediastrategy to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and customerservice excellence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, includingposts, stories, videos, and infographics, showcasing properties, marketinsights, company culture, and addressing common user questions &concerns.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, includingpaid advertising, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics,identify trends, and recommend improvements to the strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on thelatest social media trends and best practices.
  • Respond to comments,messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing helpful andaccurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining apositive online reputation.
  • Foster a positive and engaged online community byencouraging interaction, hosting community events, and managing onlinereputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensurealignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to blog posts, website content, andother marketing materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or arelated field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social mediamarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms andtools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights )
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Englishand Arabic (preferred).
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealingcontent.
  • Experience with paid advertising on social mediaplatforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding ofanalytics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthousiasm for the real estate industry and knowledgeof the Qatar market (preferred).
  • Excellent customerservice skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Experience incommunity management and fostering online engagement.
