Skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human Resources or a related stream relevant to the role.
Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources preferably within the Health sector entailing responsibilities of the Recruitment process
Knowledge of advanced HR Practices and HR Trends
Knowledge of Professional Qualification Requirements in line with the Department of Healthcare Professions.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
Ability to analyze data effectively to produce recommendations.
