Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Applies advanced drafting principles with minimal supervision through the collection and analysis of data obtained from project information and initiates creativity to develop innovative solutions and design.
- Utilizes 3D design systems in the production of complex design deliverable drawings.
- Modelling of complex concrete and steel structures
- Able to prepare and pre-check various plans sections & details drawings.
- Assists the Lead Designer in compiling, tracking & trending of material quantities. Performs a variety of drafting/design computations.
- Supports the development of junior designers. Ensures effective communication among other engineering disciplines.
Skills
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- 8-10 years ( all depends on interview performance)
- E3D/S3D software experience
- Offshore structural topsides & jacket ( well head platforms)
- Offshore structural topsides & jacket ( Process platforms)
- Middle east offshore experience ( Qatar, UAE, KSA), if not other regions offshore experience
- EPIC contractor experience
