Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on oil and gas equipment and machinery.

2. Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify equipment malfunctions and operational issues.

3. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in oil and gas facilities.

4. Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all maintenance and repair activities.

6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.

7. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

8. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in oil and gas operations.

Skills

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of oil and gas equipment or related industrial machinery.

3. Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry standards, practices, and safety protocols.

4. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
