Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.

3. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency maintenance calls to address equipment malfunctions and facility issues.

4. Install, assemble, and test new equipment and machinery according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service reports.

6. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate maintenance schedules and service contracts.

7. Adhere to safety regulations, protocols, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and facility staff as needed.

Skills

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades preferred.

2. Previous experience in maintenance and repair of commercial or industrial facilities is desirable.

3. Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance procedures.

4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
