We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar and Riyadh KSA. As the Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the metal fabrication process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of fabricators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the metal fabrication process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Oversee a team of fabricators, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and monitoring performance.
3. Review project plans and specifications to determine fabrication requirements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop fabrication plans and resolve any technical issues.
5. Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
6. Develop and prepare comprehensive work schedules based on project timelines and resource availability.
7. Provide cost estimates for fabrication projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Skills

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must.
3. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications and requirements.
4. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
