  1. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  2. Keeps up to date of competitors product information and using this to provide critical comparison for potential customers.
  3. Follow showroom sales process as defined by management team.
  4. Present the features, technology, safe systems and unique selling points of the vehicle to customers during a showroom presentation. Ensure that the product presentation is tailored to the wants and the needs of the individual customer
  5. Assist the sales consultant in planning and managing the test drive process
  6. Provide test drive (familiarization drive) and offering product insight during the test drive at the convenience and location of the customer.
  7. Proactively approaching customers in the showroom to offer help/advise and introducing the customer to the sales consultant.
  8. Setup, assign and connect all “connect” enable vehicles, provide customer demonstrations to connect features of the vehicle and customer vehicle (is connect vehicle is in the country).
  9. Utilizes advantages on the line to understand and demonstrate product technology
  10. Use all available digital signage and guidance to enhance the customers experience (if available)
  11. Guide the customer whilst using the online configurator to establish the ideal model and specification.
  12. Follow up all customer inquiries in a timely manner
  13. Involvement in marketing and launch events
  14. Completion of product expert training program and certification
  15. Carry out any temporary assignments as required by the sales manager

  1. Excellent sales skills
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Must be knowledgeable in automotive parts and services
  4. Autoline software knowledge is a plus
  5. SAP knowledge is an advantage
