Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Any Equivalent Degree
More than 15 years of experience in property management, sales, leasing, and facilities management
Knowledge of Commercial Law, contracts and negotiations
Knowledge of property management, financial strategy and consultancy, business management and administration, real estate marketing, human resource administration and supervision
Licenses: RCRA Certification will be an advantage
