Job Summary

The jobholder is primarily responsible for managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities related to Corporate cards in particular and Cash Management in general. He will be accountable for creating, expanding, retaining and managing the strategic relationship between the Bank and corporate customers and will have ultimate accountability for overall revenue, sales, delivery and client satisfaction.


 

Key Accountabilities

  • Build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet their needs.
  • Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable customers from the identified target sectors.
  • Manage key corporate customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.
  • Build strong Corporate Card asset portfolio ensuring that delinquency is minimal and cross sell Cash Management Products


Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of front line/field sales experience in Premium financial services domain.
  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting
