Technical responsibilites
- Payroll Calculation, making SIF file and Uploading via WPS online.
- Preparation of Salary Wages, Maintaining Payroll, Employee Loan advance, Leave encashment,
- Annual Leave settlement and Employee full and final settlement.
- Making Leave Settlement and End of Service settlement for employee as per Qatar Law.
- Handling Time sheets calculation, leave absent and late coming and work out over time.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use.
- Maintaining accounting records for special accounts and projects.
- Bachelor''s degree in accounting or human resources, business administration, or a related field(or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations in State of Qatar.
- Evaluate financial statements to streamline your daily processes.
- Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
- Assist the yearly external audit of the company. Able to handle the auditor’s
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Follow standard business and finance protocols to disclose the organization's financial reports regularly.
- Ensure arrant guidance and regulation by implementing financial policies in every facet of the company's fiscal activities.

- Bachelor of accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
- An analytical personality, apt in understanding data by investigating the interplay between various information.
- Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
