Overview of the role:

The primary focus of this role is to provide a high level of customer service by being the initial point of contact to the service department, meeting and greeting the customer in a professional and polite manner when entering the dealership, and qualify their needs. In addition, compiling the customer’s information as per department standard operating procedures and guide the customer to the relevant service advisor.  

 

What you will do:   

•   Take service appointments on the appointment booking system

•   Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly

•   Ensure messages are taken and the customers are called back by the concerned staff

•   Greet the customers professionally 

•   Guide the customers and assist them as needed

•   Prepare and schedule appointments based on service advisor duty roster

•   Support the service department to achieve 100% of the department budget

About the team:

In this role, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Service Manager.

 

What equips you for the role:

•   College Diploma

•   Microsoft Office proficiency

•   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing role or similar role

•   Experience in the automotive industry is of advantage
