Our brand is Falcon manufactured in Thailand & China. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our HVAC division. This individual will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and optimizing efficiency within the division.

Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant within our HVAC division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, budgeting, auditing, and risk management. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and HVAC-related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial accounts for the HVAC division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Develop and maintain divisional budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring variances to ensure financial targets are met.
3. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the division.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
5. Assist with the preparation of audit documentation and support auditors during financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
7. Assess and mitigate financial risks within the division, identifying potential areas of concern and implementing proactive measures to address them.
8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HVAC and accounting to inform decision-making and optimize financial operations.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff within the HVAC division, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Skills

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on HVAC-related industries.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
• Solid understanding of auditing principles, internal controls, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff members.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
