  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and issue resolution related to the DMS application used in automotive dealerships.
  2. Collaborate with dealership personnel to understand their requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and provide effective solutions.
  3. Conduct system analysis and diagnosis to identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
  4. Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of the DMS application to align with dealership processes and workflows.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and system administrators, to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  6. Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on using the DMS application effectively and efficiently.
  7. Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive DMS space, and make recommendations for system improvements.
  9. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and regulations related to the DMS application.
  10. Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful deployment of system changes and upgrades.


Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2 years) as a DMS Application Support Specialist in the automotive industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of dealer management systems, preferably with experience in supporting specific DMS platforms used in the automotive industry (e.g., TITAN DMS).
  4. Familiarity with automotive dealership processes and workflows, including sales, finance, inventory management, and service operations.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  9. Previous experience in automotive dealership operations or working closely with dealership personnel is highly desirable.
