  • Coordinates with the superior in maintaining and administering Core Infrastructure (server system).
  • To be responsible for maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows Servers and Services (AD, DC, FS, CS, Email and System Center including other software solutions like Rightfax, SMS, TAS, YMS and etc).                                                                                         
  • Provides periodic IT Audit reports (in coordination with Senior Team member) related to Core Infrastructure (Server) to the direct superior.                                                                         
  • To be responsible for backing up server data, OS, Application and VMs including configuration.
  • Periodically conduct backup restoration test to ensure that data backups are in good condition and available upon needed especially for disaster recovery.                                           
  • To be responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art DataCenter along with the network infrastructure team.                                                                                                                       
  • Collects and compiles statistics on server usage, layouts and hardware configuration details and submit to the direct superior.                                                                                                       
  • Maintains up-to-date inventory/records of all Core Infrastructure devices i.e. voice communications, hardware servers and storage upon received of the materials, including the Licensing document details regardless of the products/brands (Microsoft, Cisco, RightFax, Citrix and etc.).                              
  • Accurately document instances of software or hardware failure, repair or installation/configuration.
  • Continuously liaises and coordinates with concerned units on any operational or server changes.     
  • Liaises and coordinates with the partner for any issues and/or required enhancement related to and/or server infrastructure.                                                                                                        
  • The system administrator must keep up to date with new technology and plan and implement system upgrades as needed.                                                                                               
  • The system administrator must keep detailed documentation of the system configuration and procedures, including server diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals, among other things.
