Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and performance of our E-Commerce platforms in Hypermarket / retail division.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the end-to-end E-Commerce operations, and optimizing the customer experience. Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability of the division.


• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Manage the end-to-end E-Commerce operations, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop online marketing campaigns and promotions.


• Utilize digital marketing and SEO strategies to drive traffic to the website.


• Optimize the E-Commerce platforms for a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.


• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to E-Commerce operations.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce and online retail.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


• Proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a hypermarket / retail industry.


• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.


• Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.


• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies. 


• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
