Salesman Executive

Description:

1-    Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up-to-date route plans.

2-    Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct.

3-    Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable products to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company's must-stock list.

4-    Responsible to ensure that outlets under his supervision meet the company’s Picture of Success standards.

5-    Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with the team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.

6-    Responsible to ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company-agreed standards.

7-    Builds & maintains strong customer relationships.

8-    Provides customers with superior customer service levels in order to gain their loyalty and sustain long-term business cooperation.

9-    Identify and reports key competitive activity and price changes in order to help develop necessary business plans.

10- Responsible for sales activities and involved in respective sales segments for the company.

11- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting

 

Requirements :

1- Min. 2 Year Experience in the relevant industry & Market.
2- Qatar Driving License.
3- Transferable Iqama.
4- Able to work independently, and professionally and be a good team player.
5- Outspoken, cheerful, and dynamic character with a positive working attitude.
6- Able to interact with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal.
