  • Responsibilities range from preparing forecasts and financial reports
  • general ledger
  • tax returns and account reconciliation to daily supplier management of securing quotes
  • issuing POs and invoices while negotiating best price and payment terms

 including:

  •  Maintain accounting system for Head Office and its branches (Advantage to know Tally accounting software)
  • Cash flow management
  • Collections management and overview
  • Payroll and payments management
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare annual audit reports and submissions
  • Stock storage management
