- Looking for an Executive Secretary for the General Manager of our Company.
- NOTE: We are only accepting applicants under Father or Husband sponsorship. Applicant must be available in Qatar.
Job Description as below:
- Strong Secretarial background and good exposure so as to implement all new practices.
- Provide Secretarial support to the General Manager by encoding correspondences, reports & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls or random visitors, setting meeting with various department, etc.
- Alert General Manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Make follow-ups to different departments, company or persons of any pending documents and/or other requirements, including the status thereof.
- Collect reports from various departments; submit consolidated reports to the General Manager.
Key Skills:
- Good communication with ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates, customer service and relationship building skills.
- Teamwork and ability to organize based on time management and deadlines.
- Assertiveness and Flexible.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS office Suite.
- Knowledge in Doha's hukoomi portal and Rules and regulations based in Doha-Qatar.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's in any discipline with close to 5-10 years prior experience preferably secretarial background.
- Languages preferred to know would be English and Arabic.
