SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Expert baking in Oriental Pastry
· Culinary school 2-4 years degree or foreign equivalency
· Prior experience in related position
· Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes
· Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
