  • Responsible as/or cook in the kitchen for daily production
  • Ensure the quality standard met.
  • Capable to lead and supervise a multi-cultural team
  • Execute and perform owners instructions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of food quality and appearance
  • Know and comply with all company policies and rules of conduct;
  • To develop menus, which meet the market needs and are unique to the market.
  • Order, preparation and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking station, including vegetables spices, etc.
  • English language.
