  • Medical HR officer holding an experience in Qatar with Medical Licensing and recruiting of Medical Practitioners , Doctors and Nurses .
  • Candidate must be well knowledgeable about all recruiting process and Legalizations required by the QCHP and other  ministries in Qatar .
  • Recruiting experience and high conversational and negotiation skills are a MUST
  • Ability to set up deals and discuss offers 
  • Serious, responsible, distinctive personality
  • Ability to work under pressure/ Flexible/ team work 
  • High level of writing skills with previous experience in developing HR and Policy Forms 
  • Expert in using computer and experienced in researches 
  • Background: Medical & previously worked in a medical facility in Qatar is a MUST
  • Competing Skills of Coordination is a high priority
  • Experienced in Time management
  • Required Years Of Experience : minimum 7 years 
  • Salary : depending on skills and experience
