We are looking for an IT Analyst / Analyst Programmer with a strong combination of Business Analysis, application development, and technical delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements directly with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Work closely with Project Managers, developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Design, develop, configure, install, and maintain business applications.
- Support SIT/UAT, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Perform impact analysis and coordinate application enhancements and releases.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with 2–4 years in application design/development/configuration.
- Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on programming/development or application configuration experience.
- Good understanding of both business and technical requirements.
- Strong SQL/application troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Banking/financial services experience preferred.
