Job Description
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts.
- Support sponsorship, partnership and supplier agreement negotiations.
- Provide practical day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders.
- Advise on intellectual property, branding and content-related matters.
- Assist with dispute management and pre-litigation issues.
- Liaise with and manage external legal counsel where required.
- Support the development of legal templates, policies and processes.
- Contribute to wider legal, governance and commercial initiatives across the business.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction.
- Approximately 2-5 years PQE.
- Strong training from a reputable international or leading regional law firm.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience across commercial, corporate or TMT matters.
- Strong attention to detail with sound legal judgement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
