Represents program/organization as a prime contact on local day-to-day operations. Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.
1+ years of experience in providing technical and performance oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, including briefing US Government Customers on status of performance
Demonstrable Knowledge of AFI 21-101
5+ years experience and proficiency of MS Office applications
Ability to travel to domestically and/or internationally on short notice
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with F-15 aircraft systems
Experience in leading operations efforts from cradle to grave
Experience in integrating multiple priorities and mission requirements simultaneously
Experience in one or more of the following domains: Maintenance /Modification Field Service and/or Maintenance leadership Military Program Support Financial/Business Acumen FMS Government Contracting Requirements and Compliance
