المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تصميم وتطوير خدمات خلفية (backend) قوية وقابلة للتوسع وآمنة باستخدام Java (Spring Boot). التعاون مع مديري المنتجات ومطوري الواجهات الأمامية وفرق العمليات (DevOps) وفرق ضمان الجودة (QA) لتقديم ميزات متكاملة. هندسة الحلول مع تركيز قوي على الأداء، والقابلية للتوسع، وقابلية الصيانة. كتابة اختبارات الوحدة، والتكامل، والاختبارات الوظيفية لضمان جودة عالية للكود. قيادة مراجعات الكود، وتوجيه المطورين المبتدئين، وتأسيس أفضل الممارسات في البرمجة والتصميم. المساهمة في بنية الخدمات المصغرة (microservices) والمشاركة في عملية صنع القرار للتصميم والتنفيذ. استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات الإنتاج واختناقات الأداء. المشاركة في مراسم منهجية Agile/Scrum والمساهمة في تخطيط وتقدير المشاريع.
المؤهلات:
خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تطوير Java. خبرة عملية قوية في Spring Boot وSpring MVC وSpring Data وSpring Security. فهم عميق لتصميم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (RESTful API) وأفضل الممارسات. خبرة عملية قوية في Java 17+ (أو أحدث إصدارات LTS)، بما في ذلك تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات على مستوى المؤسسات. خبرة في تعدد الخيوط (multithreading)، والتزامن (concurrency)، والبرمجة غير المتزامنة في Java. معرفة صلبة بأنماط ومبادئ تصميم البرمجيات (OOP، SOLID، DDD، إلخ). خبرة في أدوات البناء مثل Maven أو Gradle. فهم قوي لاختبار الوحدة (JUnit، Mockito) واختبارات التكامل. الإلمام بـ Docker، أو Kubernetes، أو التطوير القائم على الحاويات. معرفة بأدوات CI/CD (مثل Jenkins، GitHub Actions، GitLab CI). التمكن من أنظمة التحكم في الإصدار (Git)، ومراجعات الكود، والتطوير التعاوني. مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.

As brokerage firm, The Group Securities finances margin trading and operates as liquidity provider for the listed shares and ETFs. The company has a paid-up capital worth (QR 1 billion) and has been continuously posting profit since its inception. Besides being licensed by Qatar Financial Market Authority to exercise these activities, The Group Securities is also a member of Qatar Stock Exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot). Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, Dev Ops, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features. Architect solutions with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure high code quality. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices in coding and design. Contribute to microservices architecture and participate in the decision-making process for design and implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional Java development experience . Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. Deep understanding of RESTful API design and best practices. Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+ (or the latest LTS versions), including the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Java. Solid knowledge of software design patterns and principles (OOP, SOLID, DDD, etc.). Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle. Strong understanding of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based development. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI). Comfortable with version control systems (Git), code reviews, and collaborative development. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
