About Asfary Asfary is a Qatar-based online travel marketplace specializing in airlines, hotels, and travel services, serving VVIP, corporate, and leisure travellers across the region. Operating under Safe Flight Solutions L. L. C. - an IATA-accredited group with over a decade in aviation and travel, Asfary is now expanding its outbound travel offering across the GCC and Southeast Asia. The Role We're looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to manage end-to-end flight ticketing operations , from fare sourcing and GDS bookings to reissues, refunds, and client servicing. You'll be the technical backbone of our travel operations, ensuring every booking is accurate, competitively priced, and issued on time. Key Responsibilities Source and issue airline tickets via GDS (Amadeus), applying fare rules, routing logic, and class-of-service requirements accurately Handle reissues, revalidations, refunds, and voluntary/involuntary schedule changes Prepare fare comparisons and present multiple routing/fare options to clients and corporate accounts Coordinate with airlines directly on complex fares, disputes, and special requests Maintain accurate records of PNRs, ticket numbers, and cost breakdowns for internal reporting Support corporate and VIP travel bookings with a high standard of accuracy and turnaround time Stay current on fare rules, airline policies, and GDS system updates What You'll Need Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ticketing experience in a travel agency, airline, or GDS environment IATA GDS Fares and Ticketing certification (required) Strong working knowledge of Amadeus (other GDS platforms a plus) Solid understanding of fare construction, routing rules, and complex itinerary pricing Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) Prior experience with corporate/VIP travel accounts is an advantage Why Join Asfary Be part of a fast-growing travel marketplace backed by an established aviation group, with real opportunity to grow as we expand into new markets and product lines across the region.????
