JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chair - Women’s Services, the Division Chief for Women’s Mental Health provides clinical, education, research, and executive management leadership for the division. The Division Chief is a clinical and managerial leader working with the Sidra executive team to develop and deliver strategy and business plans and is accountable for resources and performance in the designated division. He/she integrates research and education priorities into a program of excellent clinical service delivery. It is anticipated that the Division Chief will be able to continue with personal clinical educational and research activities albeit in a reduced and modified manner.

يقدم رئيس قسم الصحة النفسية للمرأة، الذي يرفع تقاريره إلى رئيس خدمات المرأة، القيادة السريرية والتعليمية والبحثية والإدارية التنفيذية للقسم. ويعتبر رئيس القسم قائداً سريرياً وإدارياً يعمل مع الفريق التنفيذي في سدرة للطب لتطوير وتطبيق الاستراتيجية وخطط العمل، وهو مسؤول عن الموارد والأداء في القسم المحدد. كما يقوم بربط أولويات البحث والتعليم ببرنامج لتقديم الخدمات السريرية المتميزة. ومن المتوقع أن يستمر رئيس القسم في ممارسة أنشطته السريرية والتعليمية والبحثية الشخصية ولكن بشكل مخفض ومعدل.
