Job Description

Assist the Sales team with administrative and coordination duties, including attendance tracking, payroll-related submissions, leave monitoring, and departmental documentation. Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales reports. Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads. Coordinate site inspections and client visits. Maintain accurate client records and databases. Liaise with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of group bookings and events. Monitor and update sales activities in hotel systems. Support the preparation of monthly sales forecasts and reports. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or a Coordinator role within hospitality or a related industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
