Job Purpose:
Delivers an exceptional service in all areas of the unit in which assigned. Prepares and delivers a premium level of customer service to all internal and external customers including meeting and greeting customers at Hamad International Airport. Provides an effective operational support to the Senior Hostess and assists, motivates and inspires team members with a positive, can-do attitude.
Operations:Participates in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant to all areas of Al Maha Services to ensure a seamless customer experience and nil operational lapses. Liaises with all external parties (Immigration, QAS, Airlines, Al Maha Sales Team, Concierge team, Hotels and representatives etc.) to work cooperatively in processing all customer requirements. Maintains an exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote "Al Maha Services" and the wider QR Group (FFP entitlements, Lounge Access Policies, HIA Familiarisation Tours) and assists with a diverse range of customer enquiries to that end. Provides assistance to Senior Hostess AMS during the daily operation and carries out duties in the absence of a Senior Hostess Al Maha Service ensuring that service levels are kept at optimum levels. Performs various tasks as directed by senior staff in relation to Fast Track Services, Buggies, Porters and Bell Hosts, Flight Monitoring, Meet and Assist Services and Reception duties (this list is not exhaustive and other tasks relating to Al Maha Services Products may be assigned) Communicates effectively between colleagues and all areas of operation

Qualifications - External About the Role:High school graduation Preferred Formal qualifications in Hospitality/Service-related education is an added advantage Previous Experience:Minimum 2 years relevant experience Preferred Experience in a premium hospitality/service environment Job Specific Skills: Essential Ability to foster teamwork among team members. Command of English language Preferred To be able to demonstrate effective business-like communication skills and focused attitude and understanding of needs of multi-cultural working/operating environment.
