The Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance and Accreditation Officer will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of institutional effectiveness initiatives, quality assurance processes, and accreditation standards at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. This role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the institute.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Administration, Quality Management, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in institutional effectiveness, quality assurance, or accreditation processes within a higher education setting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards and processes relevant to higher education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an asset.
