The Role:

The Ned Doha is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Bartender who is passionate about both specialty coffee and exceptional beverages. Whether you're crafting the perfect espresso, shaking a signature cocktail, or creating genuine connections with guests, you'll play an important role in delivering the outstanding hospitality that defines The Ned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails, and other premium beverages to the highest standards. Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service that creates memorable guest experiences. Share your knowledge of coffee, beverages, and menu offerings, making recommendations tailored to guests' preferences. Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout each shift. Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards. Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Contribute creative ideas that enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café, or premium bar. Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages. Experience crafting classic cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
