Role: Corporate Attorney (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $90 - $130/hour
Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Transactional Attorney to work on a contract basis. The role involves supporting a global organization in managing corporate transactions, compliance, and legal documentation. Responsibilities will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, and service agreements.• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies in all transactional documentation.• Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal or termination.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to align legal terms with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.• Active license to practice law in at least one U. S. jurisdiction.• Minimum 3 years of experience in transactional law, including corporate or commercial contracts.• Strong proficiency in legal research and contract drafting with attention to detail.• Ability to interpret complex legal terms and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
