ABOUT THE ROLEWe are searching for a Director of Housekeeping for a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. Housed within a landmark heritage building, this property blends architectural distinction with contemporary luxury across its rooms, dining venues, event spaces, and a private members club. This is a Department Head position for a leader who sets the bar high, inspires their team, and takes genuine pride in delivering immaculate standards at every guest touchpoint.
WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver consistently exceptional standards across all guest rooms and public areas Ensure full compliance with luxury hospitality and Forbes Travel Guide standards throughout the property Oversee daily operations, team scheduling, and individual performance management Manage inventory, departmental budgeting, and cost controls without compromising quality Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive guest experience Champion team training, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement
