المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة تيارات العمل التطويرية عبر الواجهة الأمامية، الواجهة الخلفية، واجهات البرمجة، التكامل، BPM، أو الجوال.
- العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء لتوضيح المتطلبات، حل القضايا التقنية، وتبادل التقدم.
- دعم تصميم الحل، التقدير، تخطيط السبرينت، إدارة الإصدار، وتتبع التنفيذ.
- مراجعة الشفرة، واجهات البرمجة، مسارات التكامل، تصميم التطبيقات، وتكوينات النشر.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة، الأمن، الأداء، الاختبار، وDevSecOps.
- توجيه المطورين ودعم حل الحوادث وتحليل السبب الجذري.
- قيادة الهندسة المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر المتطلبات، التطوير، الاختبار، مراجعة الشفرة، التوثيق، وDevSecOps، مع ضوابط جودة وأمن وحوكمة مناسبة.

We are looking for a client-facing Full Stack Engineering Associate Manager to lead engineering workstreams for an enterprise platform covering integration, workflow, microservices, web, mobile, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development workstreams across frontend, backend, APIs, integration, BPM, or mobile.
- Work with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and communicate progress.
- Support solution design, estimation, sprint planning, release management, and delivery tracking.
- Review code, APIs, integration flows, application designs, and deployment configurations.
- Ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, testing, and DevSecOps standards.
- Mentor developers and support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Drive AI-assisted engineering across requirements, development, testing, code review, documentation, and DevSecOps, with appropriate quality, security, and governance controls.
Required Skills
- 6 7+ years in software engineering with team or workstream leadership experience.
- Strong full-stack background covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud deployment.
- Understanding of microservices, integration patterns, BPM, CI/CD, containers, and automated testing.
- Experience with Azure, OCI, AWS, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
- Practical understanding of AI-enabled software engineering tools and their application across the full software development lifecycle.
Preferred
- Experience with MuleSoft, Camunda, Next.js, React, Azure, and OCI.
- Arabic language skills and Middle East delivery experience are advantageous.
