Roles & Responsibilities

A leading Trading Company is looking to hire an experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in operational accounting, financial control, and full-cycle accounting management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and supervise daily accounting entries
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Monitor inventory movement, costing, and inventory controls
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Strengthen internal controls and oversee accounting operations
• Provide financial analysis to support management decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Previous experience in a trading company
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
• Strong knowledge of full accounting cycle management
• Solid experience in inventory management, stock movement, costing, and inventory control
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ability to supervise accounting operations and improve financial procedures
• Arabic nationality is preferred
