Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Officer at Assiyana Facility Management. The Facility Officer will be responsible for overseeing facilities operations, managing facility maintenance, ensuring health & safety compliance, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the organization
Soft and hard services specialist like MEP work, HVAC Work, All Type project maintenance work, housekeeping work, landscaping work, laundry operations .
Qualifications
- Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
- Health & Safety knowledge and practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience in the facility management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
