Consumer Manager is Responsible for the success of the company healthcare consumer sales products, set goals and motivate the team to achieve the targeted goals. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s consumer base and enlarge the revenue growth. Maximize sales team potential, craft innovative and competitive sales plans. develop and ensure merchandizing best practices, communicate effectively with suppliers and company supply chain to ensure product availability, evaluate customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectation

Responsibilities:

1- Strategize the sales plan to maximize revenue for the showroom from product, client and market perspective.

2- Analyze and recommend the suppliers locally and abroad to provide competitive pricing for increase of profit margin for the showroom business.

3- Prepare list of goods fast moving items to maintain sufficient stock with help of subordinates

4- Perform Market research for consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

5- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes and reports.

6- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

7- Conduct best practice merchandizing to maximize products visibility

8- Ensure product availability and economy of scale

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with consumer affairs regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
