Employment: Full Time

Ensure all information from contractor related to punch is full filled in System completion database (PO, ETC date, ETA date of materials, etc.).
Liaise with Contractor as part of Project execution.
Prepare Completion related Punchlist reports.
Check readiness of Punchlist Documentation.
Report to Punch coordinator as per project Organization chart any slippage on punch closure ETC/ETA dates according to project schedule.
Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Participate in RFC/RFSU walkdowns
Participate in punch closure approval with site verification
This position is responsible to ensure all Completions and Handover activities associated with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning by the EPC contractor, including third parties such as vendors, consultants, sub-contractors etc are executed to Project’s specifications and requirements.

Your Tasks

DC, RFC, RFSU and PHA/HA dossier reviews for punch lists.
Check and ensure proper Punchlist Documentation available in System Completion database.
Reports to the punch coordinator on system completion Punch list daily activities and work progress / issues.
Provide inputs, resolutions for Completion coordination meetings to punch list coordinator.

Your Profile

Bachelor of Science (or equivalent).
Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in EPC/EPCC projects, in Punchlist activity, with strong skills in:

Experience working in multicultural environments.
Strong knowledge of system completion tools
Multi Discipline skills
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
