About The Role

Elegancia Steel - Part of Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C is looking for a Sales Engineer to be part of our team of professionals.

This role is a unique opportunity for administrative and data entry tasks, responding to customer inquiries, backing up the sales team with information, processing orders, and managing customers' accounts.

Main tasks and responsibilities (the position exist to perform the below tasks and essential activities)

• Receiving the RFQ Emails and acknowledge to the client.
• Preparing Quotation information Format. (QIF)
• Distributing the documents to the other related departments.
• Monitoring estimation tracking report released to Engineering for Design and Estimation to be forwarded to Sales for Costing/Pricing.
• Response to the clients / customers emails with the schedule of quotation submission date.
• Submitting the quotations to the client once it’s approved by the head of sales.
• Proper filing of selected project documents / enquiry for quotation for future reference.
• Checking all records and reference each of the project for quotation.
• Maintain to update all documentation for sales on the server.
• Preparation of Sales reports, Sales tracking report, Quotation Log, Active offer list on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Responsible for coordination between Engineering and Sales on the distribution of project for estimate and assigned accordingly.
• Perform other technical work as requested.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the team.

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in structural steel & Pre-engineered Building Fabrication.
• Minimum 2 year in GCC (preferred)
• Arabic Speaker
• Ability to build effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Education Requirements: BSC Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical

Language Requirements: Preferably Arabic & English – Fluent
