Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Executive, located in Doha, Qatar. The Brand Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance a company’s brand image. To conduct market research, create marketing collateral, manage campaigns, enforce brand guidelines, and collaborate with teams to maintain consistent branding.
Job Description
- Brand Strategy- develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Market Research- conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitors. Stay updated on industry trends and innovative marketing approaches.
- Content Creation- create and manage marketing collateral, content, and materials that align with the brand's identity and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management- plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
- Brand Guidelines- maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding.
- Collaboration- collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to execute branding initiatives.
- Analytics- monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management- manage the budget allocated for branding activities.
- Brand Promotion: identify opportunities for brand promotion through events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Market Expansion- explore and evaluate opportunities for expanding the brand into new markets or product lines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Brand Strategy, Market Research, Communication, and Brand Management
- Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, conducting market research, managing brand communication, and overseeing brand marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Arabic
- 4-5 years’ experience in Marketing or in the same field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
