Key Responsibilities


  • Create compelling and persuasive copy for various mediums and formats, including print and digital advertising, website content, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop messaging that aligns with the brand strategy and marketing goals.
  • Conduct research and gather information to ensure accuracy and credibility of the copy.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free of errors and meets brand standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into multiple databases
  • Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents
  • Update data and correct errors as needed
  • Retrieve data from the database as required
  • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity is maintained
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
