Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Holidays Consultant position for on-site work in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with an outstanding experience by creating customized holiday packages including flights, hotels, and activities. This includes handling inbound calls and emails from potential clients and taking them through the entire booking process, ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, specifically in travel or sales-related industries
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Degree or Diploma in Travel and Tourism or Hospitality is preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic
• Having knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, and other GDS is a plus
