Breakdown Of Responsibilities

Project Description- The manager is forming the QA department super smart, and loves comics! Has a skillset exam that he wants ppl to fail and ask questions. Loves ppl that have holistic QA skills not specialized.

Objectives for the position- Postman believer JMeter Looking for ppl he trusts low perf but high trust is ok, but high perf with low trust is brutal.

SF QA-Help with implementations, train POs, work with Architects on acceptance criteria, get the team READY, and start the manual move to automation. Teach developers standards for QA, and have a high-level process mindset. Dev/OPS

Must Haves/Top 3 technical

Manual

Salesforce (NOT REQUIRED-but wants a candidate that wants to learn this and are excited about it)

Postman and Newman are tools

Interviews

1st Screen first with the manager

2nd with Technical Team
