This position is on commission basis. We offer a high commission incentive.
- Responsible for full sales & leasing process including Viewing, Follow up, Contract delivery and Cheques collection.
- Provide all necessary information on all aspects of properties to clients.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Follow on all leads received to reach their final conclusion.
- Should be aware of all existing and upcoming properties status, facilities, amenities, locations, prices, etc.
Qualifications:
- Real estate experience in Qatar.
- Speaks English Fluently.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
