Overview:
As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our terminal. You will be responsible for managing a team of terminal staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow.
- Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and handle on-call duties as needed.
